Information in your inquiry
The trip inquiry asks for your name, email address, preferred adventure, travel date, group size, and optional notes. Please include only information needed to discuss your trip; do not put passport numbers, payment details, or medical records in the inquiry.
When your details are sent
The inquiry stays in temporary page state while you complete it. Reviewing it does not send it to Bundi Travel. Choosing WhatsApp or email opens a prepared message in that service; you must send the message there for our team to receive it. Reloading the page clears the unsent form.
Why we use your information
Details you send to our team are used to respond to your inquiry and help plan your trip. If you proceed with a booking, ask us which additional details are needed for your itinerary, accommodation, permits, and travel arrangements before providing them.
Preferences on your device
The website saves your chosen display currency on your device. This preference contains a currency code, not your inquiry details. The Cookies page explains this storage and how to remove it.
